One gallon wide mouth glass container perfect for fermenting small batches of beer, wine, kombucha, or mead. Use it to split standard 5 gallon batches into multiple 1 gallon jugs for experimenting with recipes or different yeast strains. The wide mouth makes for easy transfer of kombucha SCOBY and/or for cleaning after use. Lid sold separately. Not rated for pressure, do not use for carbonated beverages.
