Rising Tide Sour Ale Extract Brewing Kit

Rising Tide Sour Ale was first brewed by a fun group of women for International Women's Collaboration Brew Day 2022. This sour beer kit uses Philly Sour yeast which produces lactic acid without the introduction of bacteria and without the fuss of kettle souring. This yeast has been a game changer for those of us who love sours but don't have the equipment (or patience) to brew them a more traditional way. This beer is beautifully hopped for a touch of tropical fruit character.
