This is an inexpensive, plastic, hand model corker. Chute-driven. Not recommended for bottling more than 2 - 3 gallons at a time. Use with size 7 or 8 corks.
Prior to use: Soften & sterilize the corks by soaking them overnight in Campden solution. In emergence, corks may be softened by stirring for a few minutes in hot water (not boiling) but soaking overnight is preferrable.
