This class will cover the most important ingredients in beer as well as a brief history of homebrewing. Homebrewing is a fun hobby that provides the freedom to brew any flavor of beer imaginable. You’ll take home a copy of the AHA’s Introduction to Homebrew booklet, a recipe sheet of the beer brewed, and ingredient samples. We'll go over the whole process from start to finish; including discussion on ingredients, equipment, techniques, and processes. Sample some grains and smell the hops as they are added to the beer. Each attendee will be given a copy of the recipe and an Intro to Homebrewing booklet to take home. This is a free event.
