Homebrew 101 Class

Harbor Beach, MI Learn how to brew a batch of beer! We'll go over the whole process from start to finish; including discussion on ingredients, equipment, techniques, and processes. Sample some grains and smell the hops as they are added to the beer. Each attendee will be given a copy of the recipe and an Intro to Homebrewing booklet to take home. This is a free event. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age.

Chili & Salsa Taste-Off!

Downtown Midland, MI Downtown Midland is hosting its 18th Annual Chili & Salsa Taste-Off! Chili and Salsa chefs from throughout the community will be preparing their famous recipes for the mouths of many hungry tasters! Individuals will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite chili & salsa recipes in the categories of best spicy, best mild, best non-traditional, best overall. Michigan Brew Supply will be offering a homebrew sample to pair with the makings of the chef we host! So come downtown! Walk around to all of the participating businesses, eat delicious chili & salsas, and help us pick some winners. The event starts at noon and runs until 3 PM. Click here for more information.
