Winter Beer Festival
Saturday, February 16th 5PM - 10PM: The Saginaw Winter Brew Festival is back for its 4th year. This beer tasting event is unique in that homebrewers can serve their beer right alongside commercial breweries - and the homebrews are usually more popular! Food vendors and gift vendors will also be on site. Tickets are $20 which includes entry into the event, six drink sample tickets, and a souvenir pint glass. Beer Off-Flavors Class
Thursday, February 21st at 6:30PM: Join us at the shop as we sample some of the most common off-flavors found in homebrewing. We will also sample some great tasting beers! We'll cover the cause of the off-flavors as well as how to correct them in your brewing practices. As always, feel free to bring homebrews to share. This event is free and open to the public.
