Primary fermentation until 5/11/2017, SG= 1.010. Secondary fermentation in wide-mouth glass carboy at 68 F, dry hopping began after 6 days of secondary with 0.5 oz of Azacca and 0.5 oz of Motueka pellets added directly to the carboy.
