Grain (mostly 2-row) was not sufficiently milled, leading to poor extraction. Added 3 lb of CBW porter LME 27 hr after pitching yeast to increase fermentable content, did not boil/dilute LME prior to adding.

Final gravity
Added 4 oz of natural coconut extract and 1-2/3 cups of Malibu rum to the keg. Estimate final ABV = 4.4%. burst carbonated at 20 psi @ 35 F overnight, then decreased to 11 psi.
Added 1 grade A vanilla bean, sliced open, to the fermenter.
