No sparge trial, about 65% efficient mash conversion. Completely filled my mashtun.

Still a thin layer of krausen on top, has persisted for over a week after active fermentation ended. This yeast has a low flocculation rate, likely related to that.
Placed fermenter in garage for 5 hours to drop the temperature to ~40 F. This caused all of the floating yeast colonies to crash out but the beer kept a nice haze .
Burst carbonated at 30 psi for 24 hours. Then reduced to serving pressure (~20 psi @ 45 F)
