Hydrometer OG: 1045. Refractometer OG: 1.046. Use these numbers for Gravity Reading after primary fermentation BEFORE adding rasberries to determine ABV after primary. Take new OG after adding rasberries.
Pureed 2 lbs rasberries and added 1 lb honey, vacuum sealed and heated to 165F for 20 minutes. Cooled and added to nylon bag, tied bag and then lowered into fermenter. Also removed about one cup settled yeast from bottom of fermenter.
