Boiled down to about 4 gal of wort. Added about 1 gal of water plus prepared a proper yeast starter 24 hrs in advance and pitched in wort cooled to about at 68 F. Temp went up to 73 F within about 2 hrs.

Transfer from primary & add yeast nutrient. Ferment another 4-5 days to reach target ABV closer to 6%.

Update 8/24/24: DISREGARD PRIOR GRAVITY/ABV. Refractometer readings have been inaccurate compared to hydrometer.
F.G./ABV still low. Transferring to Keg but will leave at room temp 3-4 more days to finish.
