Pitched onto S-04 yeast cake from ESB. Fermented 3 days (vigorous, immediate fermentation) in basement ambient 60 degrees, then moved upstairs to ambient 65 and dry hopped during active fermentation

Bottled 3/24, FG 1.012. Fairly hazy. Pleasant taste at bottling. 3.1 gallons in the bottling bucket
