Started with 3 gals in the pot, added 3lb of DME, heated to 154. Added grains in the bag, steeped for 30 mins. Brought to boil, added .5 oz El Dorado, boiled for 20 mins. Added 3oz Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, "whirlpool" for 20 mins, down to ~175. Cooled with immersion chiller to 79. Added 3oz, Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, 007. Dumped into fermenter, added 2.5 gal water brought temp down to ~72, pitched yeast, shook the baby, put into ferm chamber at 68.
