This is prettymuch exactly where I want it to be for my 'belgian style' saisons. Maybe too much sagewort - it's obviously an herbal beer to my taste - aroma is high floral, low bready malt, low alcohol. Flavor is similar, although the sagewort could be mistaken for bubblegum in how it combines with the yeast to create a strawberry-banana-punch mix. Some carbonation should balance this out nicely. Got spice and biscuit in the last sip.
I wish I'd hit the OG, this could use those 10 points of heft.
Aroma is herbal and floral. Flavor is herbal, banana, fruity, low bitterness. I get some Belgian tripel vibes off of this.
Bottling the 5 grams wild carrot flower version. Apricot, herbal, clove, earthy, a very good impression of a tripel but with obvious Queen Anne's Lace flower notes. Somewhat slick. Could be something special for fall / winter comps.
