early addition of target hops for bittering and late addition of 1lbs of brown sugar at 55 minutes to retain characteristics. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS AN ICE BATH INCIDENT the wort was diluted the first attempt was a wrecked brew but it still was drinkable as a strong dry rye ale. I'll have to try this again I'm very pleased with the bittering. And we achieved a FG of 1.010. I couldn't believe it wasn't a loss but the yeast did it's job well
