1.5oz Citra
1.5oz Motueka
(hop mesh cylinder in fermenter at 65⁰F for 3 days)
Cold crash to 34ºF for 24-48 hours before kegging
Add keg hops — 0.5oz citra cryo, 0.5 citra, 1oz moteuka (extra 1oz)
Add 2oz table sugar boiled with water for target carbonation of 2.4 volumes
