Notes


Added 3 grams gypsum and 4 g CaCL, and 2 ml lactic acid to sparge water

Mashed for about 2 hrs

Think that it's a bit roasty, probably need to drop the black patent and dial roast barley down a touch.

Edit: after a week in the keg carbing, it's a touch bitter but has nice undertones of chocolate and roast, with a slightly bitter finish. Drop black patent next time, and maybe only 0.25 lbs of C80. A tad sweet
