Day 3, down to 1.016 – Lutra is a beast!
Hydro sample is clear, slight haze, very clean and mildly fruity taste, right now sitting at 5.5% ABV beer.
Cold crashed for 24 hours in kegerator.
Fined with gelatin for 2-3 days.
Kegged on Wednesday night (Mum's "US" Birthday!)
1 gallon kegged in Trailkeg with 0.3oz priming sugar, and 0.2oz of Galaxy dry hops.
2.5~ gallon kegged in Torpedo Keg, using new bouncer inline filter (although, I had the in/out ports the wrong way, d'oh)
