Off target for pre-boil gravity, added 10oz of DME to compensate.
Skipped 60 minute bittering hop completely in lieu of larger whirlpool.
Modified hop ratios for whirlpool since we are using Lupomax for Citra:
- Original 2:2:1 (Citra : El Dorado : Mosaic)
- Actual: 1.5:2:1.5 (Citra : El Dorado Mosaic)
Whirlpool-ed "free" in kettle while cooling down (caused a bit of a filtering issue):
- 5oz total (1.5oz Citra Lupomax, 2oz El Dorado, 1.5oz Mosaic)
Definitely improved aroma when whirlpooling freely, perhaps a false bottom or a larger fine mesh strainer when transferring to fermentor would be easier than using the hop mesh cylinder.

- 1 gallon: Sour IPA brewed with Raspberry, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar, hopped with Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, and fermented with w/ Philly Sour Yeast.
