strike was a bit lower temp (152) than expected. Added .5g and subtracted that from the Sparge water. Realized that Sparge water didn't take into account mash tun loss, so increased by .5g. Sort of came out in the wash.
Whirlpool: how do I do this when I use the immersion chiller? May end up with more trub than expected, which is fine, I suppose.
