First time using a lot of hops in the cone thingy... it worked ok. Did the flameout hops, swirled and stirred for a couple minutes, then drained
Mashed at 152 for one hour. Looks like I got 74% efficiency, which is just fine
Added the whirlfloc after removed hop spider but before cooling down
Cooled to 69 degrees, transferred to keg, pitched Omega West Coast Ale (chico) starter.
