Mash in 2 gal brew pot. Sparge is 2nd pot with 1 gallon water.
Top off ice water to batch vol to chill wort to pitch temp.
Cascades in bag at top of pot.
Galaxy half oz. at 5 min, 3 pellets in wort.

Still yeasty, other flavors coming through, almost ready.
Yeast flavor calmed down, flavors bland though. Possbile oats washing out rye spice, and smoked flavor.
