BIAB. Started with 5 gallons... Hard to tell what temp was & keep consistent. Mashed extra 10 minutes to make sure conversion happened. Pre-boil Gravity = 10 BRIX. Last 2 additions went in at 8 minutes. Starting gravity = 14.3 brix (1.058)

Only a slight color difference & that really just might be from mine being a touch more cloudy. Mine has an incredible hop aroma.. Not much aroma from White Hatter but that could be its age (bottled 2/26/16). Equal bitterness. Mine is hoppy, citrusy. WH is more floral then citrusy. I'll definitely add the chamomile in the next version.. And do some cold crashing. I might also change up the order of hops a touch too but I'll save that for another go 'round.. Only 1 change at a time!
