Was stupid and used my pre-boil volume as my strike + sparge water, so only had 5 gals at 1.050 pre-boil
Diluted down with tap water until just shy of 5 gallons
Pitched at 72, left in garage that was getting down to mid-50s overnight
Moved to basement following day, fermented 1 week. Then was at 1.004 FG, put in keezer, added gelatin following day
