OG came in at 1.040 so I added the pound of honey to get this closer to the intended 1.049. Good fir aroma, odd by itself but with the yeast I'm hoping it blends in.

Good fir aroma, low lemony notes. Flavor is similar, very dry. 1.004 gravity. Fir, lemon, orange, moderate bitter.

Broke off 1 gallon with 10 salt-free Dryad's Saddle broth ice cubes to see if the woodiness will balance the sharpness. 1:1 I found it to be a good mix.
