In Omega Funk #2 the earthy flavors were still predominant. A bit vegetal. I poured that one out.
Bottled Omega Funk #3, which I'm still not sold on, but it seemed like the better of the two and I'm hoping the carbonic acid balanced it out.

OS = Oak Saison - mild, some brett, but lightly gushy
CS = Cherrywood Saison - unpleasant earthy funk, barely drinkable. no gushing.
