Aroma of mint, acid, biscuit, wheat, some vanilla - the start of oxidation before this gets really acidic. Flavor is similar, milder but not acidic, a bit of vegetal - dried oak leaves - on the finish, some vanilla. Interesting and looks like a textbook saison with the orange-golden hue.
Perfect saison look. Too earthy and vegetal. If I did this one again I might throw in some wormwood or something to cut it a bit.
