Adjusted recipe to hit target OG and IBU with 3 gallon boil. Forgot to add honey at the end of the boil. Started cooling, then stopped at about 170F to add honey. Everything else done per instructions.

Day 12: 6.03% ABV. Also added dry hops. No airlock activity but still some signs of active fermentation (bubbling) inside the fermentor. Give it more time, 7-10 days. Recheck Gravity.
