This is a great stout! It is rich, smooth, dark and roasty. I do think that the English yeast gave it a prominent fruit character that somewhat overshadowed the 'chocolate' and 'milk stout' flavors. I'd add chocolate malt to steep (1#) and I would add flaked oat (1#) to boost up the creaminess and body. -Nicole MichiganBrewSupply
