new to homebrewing yet quite avid Doghouse Brewing is Hobby zymology homebrew project created by myself and my son--n-law named aply for the trouble we got into on our first project lol. I'm using English yeast strains , extracts ,steeping grains and basic principles of zymology to recreate the novelty of rapid fermenting ales for personal use and the love of good beer. Cheers

Very smooth strong chocolate smell and taste with a slight honey aftertaste., and the WLP007 made a very clear black beer and the malts gave it a nice tan foam head. I tried it at room temperature, don't do that lol, it's best chilled. I made a variation to the hop schedule too I used the last .5oz as finishing hops. Of course my review is bias I did create it lol.
