An adaptation of my Yardwork saison recipe to use some fir tips and experiment with a few other flavors.
Used Franco-Belgian Pilsner, and domestic White Wheat for the malts.
I combined the wheat with the other grains for a two step mash with the first one at 142° F for 30 minutes and 156° F for 30 minutes. I brewed this the first time on an outdoor system and had to add the honey because the gravity missed its target.
