Originally based off this recipe https://www.greatfermentations.com/comeback-kid-breakin-law-gose-recipe/ but I brewed this again recently and it wasn't as tart or salty as I remembered. Since the acid amount can vary on acidulated malt, I'd recommend adding more acidulated malt (2.0 lbs). Add more non-iodized sea salt (0.75 oz) and ground coriander seeds (up to 1.0 oz) for safe measure.

I want to try this. I cannot believe it uses a pound of salt and 2 pounds of irish moss. Can you clarify those measurements please.

Lol, wow good catch. Those amounts must have converted incorrectly when I uploaded my recipe from BrewToad. Fixed!
