Tasting Notes:

1) Bitterness was just a tad too much. Moved the Warrior down from .4 oz to .3. Brought it down 4 IBU (not a ton).

2) Needed just a tad bit more hop aroma/essence at the end. Increased JUST the Cascade for dry hopping an additional ounce. This will balance it more towards the Cascade (citrus) vs. the Amarillo (Stone Fruit / Tropical Fruit). But not earthy at all vs. the previous recipes.

3) The body was spot on!!! With the wheat and the mash temp/ferment temp --- wouldn't change a thing here.

4) Gotta drink this one quick. Last over two months in the keg. Prime = 1 month!

Potentially floor malted pilsner if you can

Determine whether or not you need to or want to filter

MASH AT 153 DEGREES

Ferment at 68-70 degrees
