Bring water up to a boil, stir in malt extracts. Boil for 10 minutes.
Throw in handful of unmilled grain. Cover with saran wrap.
Kettle sour at 115-120F for up to 72 hours.
After 48-72 hours, remove saran wrap and unmilled grain.
Bring wort to a full rolling boil with hop additions.
Cool wort, and transfer to sanitized carboy.
Ferment around 68 °F for 2 weeks.
Dry hop 3-5 days before bottling.
