Batch size is listed with other important information at the top of the recipe. This recipe is currently listed as being sufficient for a 5 gallon batch. Cheers!

Hi. I think fermentation temperatures are too low. Why are they like that? And why does it take so long for fermentation? Is it normal for this type of beer? Thanks.

Hi Marco, thanks for your comments. This is a lager beer which, unlike ales, requires cold fermentation for a much longer period of time in order to achieve that classic, clean lager character. If fermented too warm (ie room temps), most lager strains will produce overwhelming off-flavors.
