There is something off in this recipe. Unfortunately, even though my gut feeling was this was way to much 2 row malt in the mash, I proceeded and wasted the mash components. Not sure whether this was meant for a simply a larger batch size, and the ratios are correct. Or perhaps it is simply the malt content that is off. Anyway, do not attempt to make this as described.
