I was fortunate to get to try a bottle of this and was very pleased. Color and aroma were spot on. I'd recommend maybe adding a little flaked wheat to the steeping grains to further aid a thick creamy head. Mouthfeel and body were spot on for a brown ale too - not overly chewy or thick, leaving it easy to drink a lot of. To help pull out more of the PB flavor and really make that the star, I'd cut the toasted marshmallow flavoring extract in half and add a 1/2 lb - 1 lb of lactose to aid in the creaminess and texture. Very please overall and appreciate the opportunity to sample!

Thanks for the comments! I definitely want to pull out out more PB flavor, and to try this as all grain.
