Notes
Attempting to emulate a Portage Brewing recipe w this one. Hops were just some random old hops from the back of the fridge since I didn't have proper aged hops - hopefully they have minimum flavor contribution. A loose 5 gal of fresh flowering Tall Goldenrod was added at 90 degrees during cooling and kept soaking till this went to 80, about 30-45 minutes. (Portage says they only does this for a few seconds, but I wasn't confident in that). No other yeast was added.
