this is roughly what I made using a yeast I isolated from some leaf litter in my back yard. It tastes great, for an unknown yeast, but I'd say the yeast is more suited to a white/wit/hefe due to the estery nature. Light and golden and delicious, not much basil comes through so would double the amount.
