Notes
A classic saison with its golden hue, fruity Belgian character, and refreshingly dry finish. Fruity and slightly spiced flavors of the yeast are the true star here but a touch of orange peel added late in the boil further accentuates citrus character. Soft malt character, low bitterness, and just enough body to be desired all year round.
