Notes

- mash all grains
- transfer wort, saving small portion for herbal infusion
- boil wort and hop
- add herb bag to off-boil side wort for 10 min, remove from heat
- pasteurize honey in double boiler
- add honey and herbal infusion to hopped wort, stir over low heat until honey is dissolved
- cool wort
- cast yeast
