Can this all grain recipe be converted to an extract recipe?

Since they haven't gotten back to you, this recipe would be easy to do as a 'boil in bag' all grain method. It only has one mash temp and I haven't had a problem yet with sugar extraction by mashing in my boil kettle, insulating, and heating as needed.
