Notes

the hops that say whirlpool should be added after flameout when wort drops to 180F.
the dry hops are mixed then added 3 separate times. for 3 days each. starting a couple days into fermentation. then at the end of fermetnation. then after fermentation ends. 1/3 of the mix each time.
if galaxy hops are not available use cascade.

the dry hops are mixed and 1/3 added after 2 days. replace those with another 1/3 after 3 days or near end of fermentation. replace those with the last 1/3 after another 3 days or when fermentation is done.
mash 60 min with 5 gal at 150F.
then add 2.5 gal of boiling water over 15 min.
then rest for 10min at 170F.
collect 6.5 gal wort sparging with 175F water.
