Brew day went well. But more than 1.25 gallons burned off so I'm not sure how or why...but finished with 4.9 gallons. UPDATE: Yoir formula is wrong. 1.75 gallons of boil off in one hour :(

*** Recipe Change Notes ***

Changed this to a 5 Gallon batch, but also changed the HOPS. We are using Hull Melon hops for the flavoring hops! The IBUs are the exact same as in the parent 11 gallon batch recipe.

Remember:
- Mash at 155
- Ferment at 68
- High carb
- Pasteurize fruit - 170 degrees for 10 minutes
- You upped your traditional lactose from 4 oz for a 5 gallon batch --> 6 oz! You've done 8 oz and it was too much. Experiment.
