Not sure what happened. Perfect 5.5 gallons, but I did do a step mash. 131°, then 148° for 15 minutes, and then 155° for 40 minutes. Need to do some research.

Brewing Note: AA% is way way way low compared to what the app stated. Please see what it comes out to at the brew store and reassess!!!!
