This recipe turned out awesome. 9 out of 10, malty and a slight grapefruit taste from the hops. the carbonation was moderate with no head retention, my fault, going back to the 1/2 tsp sugar per 12 oz for foolproof carbonation At 9%, two 12 ouncers were sufficient for my saturday night. Thank you.
