Notes
Making this beer on 4/11/2020. 22 days into Illinois' shelter in place, thus the name. Please use it if you would like and leave me some feedback. I used the new yeast from Lallemand, East Coast Yeast; New England. AA% on hops may be a little off as I created this recipe without hop packages in front of me. I get the haze from the yeast, lack of Irish moss, and chill haze when I put keg straight into fridge after transfer.
