the two Lbs of maple syrup, has been changed 2 Lbs to extra dark brown sugar.. I'm going to experiment with adding 1 lbs along with the Rye extract for color and optimized fermentation and the second pound at the 55 minute mark to see it that will retain some molasses taste to compliment the caramel.
