I was wondering how this recipe turned out for you? I would like to make a Flanders similar to Duchesse De Bourgogne (I don't know if you have ever had it our not but if you like Flanders it is the best I have ever had)
Also I know that this style needs to be aged for a year or two to be done right, I was wondering if you got a barrel to do this or what kind of vessel you used for ageing?
thanks
I will fix it.
