Notes

NEIPA with no boil. Mash for 90-120 minutes, drain and bring to 170 degrees to steep whirlpool hops, cool and pitch yeast at 65-70 degrees. Double dry hop. CA-100 , MG - 5, NA - 10, CL - 175 SO4 - 75.
